IPL 2021: Suryakumar Yadav hits the ball with a six, Hardik Pandya is not sure.
The fifth match of IPL 2021 between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians is currently being played at the MA Chidambaram Cricket Stadium in Chennai. In this match, Kolkata captain Eoin Morgan won the toss and chose fielding and invited Mumbai to bat. Mumbai had a poor start and the team lost the first wicket in the second over as Quinton Dickock. After Dickock’s dismissal, Suryakumar Yadav came to bat and removed the pressure on the team. During this innings, he completed his fifty by hitting a strong six against fast bowler Pat Cummins.

This shot of Suryakumar was so tremendous that Hardik Pandya sitting in the dugout could not believe it and he stood up and looked at Suryakumar surprisingly. The six was 99 meters long, in which the ball fell outside the stadium. Suryakumar faced 36 balls in this innings and scored 56 runs with the help of 7 fours and 2 sixes. His innings was ended by Kolkata star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan.
In this match, Kolkata captain Eoin Morgan has fielded the playing eleven of his previous match while Mumbai captain Rohit Sharma made a change to replace South Africa’s Quinton Dickock in the playing eleven in place of Chris Lynn. However, his decision was not proved right and Dickock returned to the pavilion after scoring just 2 runs from 6 balls. His innings was ended by Kolkata spinner Varun Chakraborty.
